This Villa is located in Salou, very close to La Pineda, a very quiet area and very well connected, with the Tarragona highway.

The Villa has four family bedrooms with their respective independent bathrooms, three on the ground floor and the Main Suite on the top floor with private terrace, solarium, dressing room and bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower. Next to the Main Suit you find the office and the impressive library. The upper floor joins the ground floor by a beautiful spiral staircase that ends in the impressive living room area open to the dining room and kitchen area., where is the fireplace and the piano area. The kitchen equipped with all the utensils you can imagine to cook, right here you find an incredible table, collector's item. Next we have the laundry room and the garage. The dining area opens onto the pool deck, a wonderful stay that we cannot describe in words.
